Richard Ogorek is a senior executive whose focus over the past 25 years has been assisting middle market companies in reengineering, earnings growth and capitalization of values through successful exit strategies. He has served as a financial advisor to both public (Fortune 100) and privately held companies.
Prior to starting the Company in 1990, he served as a Chief Financial Officer to several successfully, reengineered companies with annual revenues up to $100,000,000. From 1983 to 1986, he was Manager of Corporate Financial Planning for Alco Standard Corporation; a $ 10 billion diversified services company, with responsibility for corporate financial analysis and transaction structure of acquisitions and divestitures. From 1976 to 1983, he was a practicing certified public accountant with the Touche Ross & Co. and a regional accounting firm serving as an audit manager for both SEC and privately held companies and litigation support specialist.
Mr. Ogorek holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Wilmington College and is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the Forensic CPA Society. Additionally, he has served on advisory boards of several private companies and has served on the board of directors of several non-profit entities.
